Shipping Info: Orders sent out same day, unless the entire staff at Bluurg Towers ie me are on tour, in which case I'll let you know and get it done asap!
OVERSEA POSTAGE has gone through the roof, esp to USA. Orders for multiple shirts will be shipped separately, this saves all of us $$/££ [sending one shirt=£5.50, sending 2 in the same package = £15.50?! So sending separately = 2 x £5.50 = £11
Return Policy: Faulty items will be replaced if returned more-or-less straight away
Items lost by the Post Office will be replaced IF you can pay for the postage costs involved [please!] That way we share the losses involved. Using the PO tracking or signed-for services costs double the postage, and making a claim for a lost item is a major pain and takes ages to get any compensation [if at all], so I don't use it.
